The room was clean with comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk were cute and helpful. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast voucher for Ricky's next door. The hotel had a professional appearance, with a business room and helpful travel info. The breakfast options were limited, and some items on the menu were unavailable . I noticed that the seating in the room could use better maintenance. The sofa and chair had visible stains. It was disappointing that housekeeping only serviced rooms every three days, resulting in my room not receiving fresh towels or toiletries while I stayed for two nights. The traffic noise was noticeable, especially for rooms facing the highway. Despite these issues, the stay was comfortable overall.

The service at the front desk was attentive and courteous.
The bathroom needed a lot of maintenance. The sink was clogged, and the toilet seat was loose, frustrating. The breakfast options were disappointing given the price we paid, with many items out of stock and even a simple request for bread costing $5.

Clean and nice room. Finally some pictures on the wall! Big bathroom... Breakfast was good.
Breakfast ok, but once again from paper plate and with plastic cutlery.

Friendly service and marvellous and comfortable location just next door to Creston-34 and the restaurant next door and the Creaton rec centre. Also, by the area in February. Gorgeous, modern rooms with a microwave and fridge😀👌😃

The bed was very comfortable, and I loved that it was just a short stroll to the Creston Museum & Archives, allowing me to dive into the local culture while keeping my explorations easy and fun.

Everything was excellent, pleasant hotel, the location was perfect so close to Creston, the town's leisure centre and a restaurant on second morning. Overall it was generous-sized and well laid out by a temperature of 16 degree celsius. I liked attached restaurant. Food was fab and I have nothing but such wonderful memories from this trip.
